This is included in the price – and what you should know before purchasing
When considering the purchase of a plot and cabin, it is important to have a clear overview of what is actually included in the price and which costs may be added. Below, you will find a comprehensive and transparent overview of what is included in our prices, what applies when purchasing a plot only, as well as estimated additional costs and important considerations.
The prices include:
Freehold plot, site preparation adapted to the selected cabin, infrastructure within the development, casting of the foundation slab or other adapted foundation, turnkey cabin from our suppliers, transportation costs, acid-resistant fasteners, project planning, and preparation of the building application.
For plots with on-site parking, the preparation of two parking spaces is included in the prices above. For other plots, two parking spaces in a shared parking area are included in the price.
*) When purchasing the plot only, the following is included: raw plot with infrastructure (road, water, sewage, electricity, and fiber) connected to the plot boundary. Document duty (2.5%) and registration fee (approx. NOK 500) are additional.
Additional costs:
Document duty on the plot, construction electricity, waste management during construction, casting of terrace foundations according to the original drawings, building application fees, and connection to water, sewage, electricity, and fiber are additional. Total additional costs are estimated at approximately NOK 260,000 +/- 10%, depending on cabin size and plot price.
Interior and exterior surface treatment are not included for cabins from Nordlyshytter, Familiehytta, and Telemarkhytter, as many buyers prefer to complete this themselves. For Urbanhus models, this is included.
Tvedestrand Utvikling reserves the right that not all models are suitable for all plots, as well as possible price changes and typographical errors from suppliers and authorities. All images are illustrations. For precise information about each cabin, please refer to the supplier’s website.
